The tenth season of Formula E will take place in Mexico City in January.

For the seventh time, the Mexican Rodriguez Brothers Autodrome will host Formula E. Unlike the city ring, where such events most often take place, Mexico has a stationary track, which allows it to reach high speeds. One full circle includes 19 different turns and configurations. Also, several straight sections allow for excellent acceleration. On this route, due to its complexity, you have to save and use battery energy as correctly as possible to achieve your goals.

Jake Dennis, the Andretti team driver, is the reigning Formula E champion this season, and he will make every effort to defend his title this year. A year ago, following the results of the race in Mexico, Jake climbed to the first step of the podium and then luck accompanied him all year, right up to the London final race.

Dennis will be prevented from becoming champion again by all the championship drivers. Especially last year's vice-champion Nick Cassidy, who intends to improve his result, as well as his Jaguar teammate Mitch Evans, who, by the way, was a bronze medalist in last year's competition. These two New Zealand drivers were able to show one of the best results at the pre-season tests, which took place in the fall in Valencia, and will be interesting to watch in the new season.

The Porsche factory team runs the same powerplant as the Andretti, which is produced in the Stuttgart company. This fact allows you to compete on an equal footing with the current champion, so the German factory pilots Wehrlein and Antonio Felix da Consta can also be considered among the favorites of the race and the championship as a whole.

However, do not forget that Formula E — This is a rather unpredictable race, things may not go according to plan and those who were leaders will become lagging behind. And those who are not included in the list of favorites can set the whole question for the race, and maybe the entire championship, which makes this competition of electric cars even more interesting.
